Where we transfer personal data abroad, we do so in accordance with Vietnamese law, including any required impact assessment and notification, and with appropriate safeguards in our agreements with those providers.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last exchange, so we can follow up on your request, then deleted.
  • Enquiries that lead to a contract: for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for as long as required by accounting, tax and other legal obligations.
  • Technical request data: for the limited period set by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restricted to staff who need it, and providers with recognised security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, email admin@yourcloud.vn. We may ask you to verify your identity, and we will respond within the time limit set by law.

9. Cookies and local storage

The Website does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage so the Website remembers your choice. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Turnstile may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage only to tell people and automated programs apart; it is not used for advertising or tracking.

The content management area of the Website, used only by our staff, uses strictly necessary cookies to keep editors signed in.
